Steps02: Choose Between Cardstock or Corrugated Cardboard
You can choose between cardstock and corrugated cardboard for your wine boxes. Cardstock comes in 14 pt., 18 pt., and 24 pt. thicknesses. For standard 750 ml Bordeaux, Pinot, and Champagne bottles, 24 pt. cardstock is ideal. We recommend using a sticker to seal the bottom and support the bottle’s weight. For quarter bottles (187.5 ml) or half-liter bottles, 14 pt. or 18 pt. cardstock is suitable.
Corrugated cardboard wine boxes are better for heavier and bulkier bottles like Jeroboam (4.5 liters), Salmanazar (9 liters), and Nebuchadnezzar (15 liters). Corrugated options include standard white, premium white with glossy ink, and Kraft (brown) cardboard.
Steps03: Select the Sides You Want Printed on Your Wine Boxes
Make the most of your wine boxes by printing on both the inside and outside panels.
