For the flower rigid boxes, our MOQ is 500pcs. For the shipping flowe boxes, our MOQ is 1000pcs.

To process a complaint, please provide clear videos and photos of the product with quality issues, along with a completed product quality complaint report. Our quality control department will respond within 24 hours. If there is a verified quality issue within 365 days after delivery, we will provide appropriate compensation.
